Installation day
On your scheduled day, your lights are installed and tested on your home. You pay only after installation is complete.
Seasonal follow-through
Free maintenance in the unlikely event of bulb outages or other hardware problems.
No surprises: Your written quote identifies the proposed design, materials, installation scope, and any in-season service, takedown, or storage included with your project.

Absolutely. You choose the colors and style, and we custom-fit the display to your home.
What happens if a bulb goes out or a section of lights stops working?
Just contact us. We’ll come out and fix it at no additional charge during the season.
Will the installation damage my roof, gutters, or home?
No. We use professional mounting methods designed to install lights without damaging your home.
When do you install and take down the lights?
Installations begin September 1st, and takedowns begin January 2nd.
Do you store the lights after the season?
Yes. We take everything down, organize it, and store it for you until next season.
Do I need to be home for installation or takedown?
Usually not. As long as we have access to the property and exterior power, you can go about your day.
Are you insured?
Yes. Sparkle Christmas Lights is fully insured for the work we perform.
How early should I book my installation?
As early as possible. Our installation schedule fills quickly as the holidays get closer.
What happens if the weather is bad on my installation day?
If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule your installation for the next available opening.
